A Sales pod of three salespeople executes daily outbound outreach to generate and qualify opportunities. Leads, meetings, and RFQs are routed directly to you and your
Account Director.
An Operations Director oversees training, quality control, reporting, and execution. Each pod is led by a Pod Manager who also sells while managing the other
two salespeople.
Salespeople are assigned full-time or part-time based on your needs, with the option to scale headcount.
