SMS Messaging Policy
Overview
Synapse Mfg operates outbound sales programs on behalf of industrial manufacturing clients. Our sales representatives contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn. SMS is used only with express consent, obtained in one of two ways: through the consent checkboxes on the SMS opt-in form on this page or our request information form, or when a prospect explicitly asks for materials by text during an active sales conversation and confirms by reply. Messages are limited to what was requested, such as capabilities overviews, case studies, and appointment confirmations.
How Prospects Opt In
Method 1: website form. On the SMS opt-in form at the bottom of this page or on our request information page, a visitor enters a mobile number and ticks a clearly labeled, unchecked consent box that states the message types, that frequency varies up to 4 messages per month, that message and data rates may apply, the STOP and HELP keywords, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. The submission, including the consent selections and timestamp, is recorded.
Method 2: verbal request with text confirmation. Consent is obtained through a clear, two-step verbal-plus-text confirmation process during an active sales conversation:

Prospect Request
During a phone call, email exchange, or LinkedIn conversation, a prospect explicitly requests that materials be sent via text message (e.g., "text me the brochure" or "send the spec sheet to my mobile").
Documented Consent
Our representative records the prospect's name, phone number, date, and method of consent in our internal CRM before any SMS is sent.
Confirmation Text
The prospect receives a one-time confirmation text:
Materials Sent
Only after the prospect replies YES does Synapse Mfg send the requested materials via SMS or MMS.
What Prospects Receive
SMS messages from Synapse Mfg are limited to materials a prospect has specifically requested. Examples include:
- Capabilities brochures and company overviews
- Product or equipment spec sheets
- Case studies and reference documents
- Brief follow-up notes related to materials previously sent
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Promotional messages are sent only to people who ticked the separate promotional consent box on a website form; Synapse Mfg does not send bulk SMS campaigns to anyone who has not opted in.

Data Privacy

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Synapse Mfg does not charge recipients to receive SMS messages.
Age Requirement
The Synapse Mfg SMS program is intended for business contacts who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to This Policy
Synapse Mfg may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
