Synapse Mfg provides dedicated cold calling representatives who call prospects on behalf of client companies, under the client's brand. Our service involves operating outbound sales programs for industrial manufacturers under client branding. Specific service terms, fees, and deliverables are governed by separate written service agreements between Synapse Mfg and each client.
3. Use of Website

9. SMS Messaging Program
Program description. Synapse Mfg sends text messages only to people who have opted in through a consent checkbox on our website (the SMS opt-in form on our SMS Policy page or our request information form) or who requested materials by text during a sales conversation and confirmed by reply. Messages are of two types: informational messages about a request, including follow-ups and appointment confirmations, and, only with a separate promotional consent, marketing messages about Synapse Mfg's cold calling and appointment setting services for manufacturers.
Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Synapse Mfg does not charge recipients to receive text messages.

Age requirement. The SMS program is intended for business contacts who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.
